The support team are on hand and ready to deal with all technical and set-up enquiries with customer's new and used machines. All enquiries are handled by our fully trained Sega engineers who can remotely walk service engineers through onsite fault finding and repairs.
If a resolution cannot be achieved remotely technical support will offer a `Repair & Return' service or `Advance Replace' parts where possible. `Advance Replacement' can be provided on many computers and PCB's from Sega.
